We love our postage stamp lot, but...
We live on a postage stamp. It’s the sacrifice we make to live in the heart of the city, and in the middle of some of Texas’ best food, outstanding museums and beautiful city parks. It’s the life of the 5 minute commute and we love it, at least we did, until COVID-19 contained us to our little lot 24-7.
In August, we started searching for a place to stretch out, a get away, and a place for our son to run, play and eventually work. Our search for our little corner of paradise began and ended quickly when we journeyed out of town, down a country road and across multiple cattle guards. As each cattle guard rocked our car, we began to feel peace. When we reached our destination, and came into the clearing, we knew we arrived at the beginning of a new life, new work and full family fun.
